These are directions for completing a general registration form for all Children’s Music Workshop schools.

Payment is not done online – just registration. Please refer to your school’s orchestra program web page for specific payment amounts and grade/instrument restrictions.
Please note that class size is limited and acceptance is based on a first come, first served basis. After a class is full, no more applications can be accepted.
All fields with a “*” must be completed or the form will be rejected and you will be given another opportunity to complete the missing fields. When the form is successfully completed, you will be directed to a “CONGRATULATIONS” page and you will also receive an auto-response email – both will include your just completed submission. Please PRINT that “CONGRATULATIONS” page or the email and include it with your check via U.S. mail to:
