The Musika Teacher Group is the nation's premiere music lesson organization. We offer private music lessons in the privacy of your own home or one of teachers studios.
Muzak Heart & Soul Foundation
We are a 501(c)3 non-profit organization dedicated to redefining and supporting music education. Our programs include Music Matters grants (K-12 music programs), Noise! camp and Battle of the Bands.
National Arts & Learning Collaborative (NALC):
The NALC is a nonprofit organization that develops, implements, and evaluates model programs that incorporate the arts into the core curriculum of urban schools, and forges networks to support those activities among schools, arts/cultural organizations, businesses, and institutions of higher education.
National Assembly of State Arts Agencies: (NASAA):
NASAA is the membership organization that unites, represents and serves the nation's state and jurisdictional arts agencies. NASAA's mission is to advance and promote a meaningful role for the arts in the lives of individuals, families and communities throughout the United States. We empower state arts agencies through strategic assistance that fosters leadership, enhances planning and decision making, and increases resources.
National Assessment of Governing Board
: Congress created the 26 member Governing Board in 1988 to set policy for the National Assessment of Education Progress (NAEP), commonly known as the "Nation's Report Card".
National Association of Secondary School Principals (NASSP)
: Excellence in School Leadership is our relentless goal, and in order to meet it, we provide our members with various programs and services to guide them in the following: administration, supervision curriculum planning and staff development.
National Association of State Boards of Education (NASBE)
: Our principal objectives include strengthening state leadership in educational policymaking; promoting excellence in the education of all students; advocating equality of access to educational opportunity; and assuring continued citizen support for public education.
National Dance Association
: The mission of the National Dance Association is to increase knowledge, improve skills, and encourage sound professional practices in dance education while promoting and supporting creative and healthy lifestyles through high quality dance programs.
National Dance Education Organization (NDEO)
: The National Dance Education Organization (NDEO) advances dance education centered in the arts. We are thevoice of representation for the field in legislatures, schools of dance, PreK-12 schools,and institutions of higher education throughout the country.
National Endowment for the Arts (NEA):
The National Endowment for the Arts, an investment in America's living cultural heritage, serves the public good by nurturing the expression of human creativity, supporting the cultivation of community spirit, and fostering the recognition and appreciation of excellence and diversity of our nation'sartistic accomplishments.
National Gallery of Art
: The mission of the National Gallery of Art is to serve the United States of America in a national role by preserving, collecting, exhibiting, and fostering the understanding of works of art at the highest possible museum and scholarly standards.
National PTA:
A not-for-profit association of parents, educators, students, and other citizens active in their schools and communities, the National PTA is a leader in reminding our nation of its obligation to children.
National School Boards Association (NSBA):
NSBA engages in a public relations program designed to increase public awareness of NSBA, the state school board associations, local school boards and issues directly affecting public elementary and secondary education.
New York Foundation for the Arts:
The New York Foundation for the Arts (NYFA) helps artists turn inspiration into art by giving more money and support to individual artists and arts organizations than any other comparable institution in the U.S. Our goal is to provide the time and resources for the creative mind and the artistic spirit to think, work, and prosper.
OPERA America
: OPERA America serves and strengthens the field of opera by providing a variety of informational, technical, and administrative resources to the greater opera community.
Perpich Center for Arts Education:
The Perpich Center for Arts Education is an executive branch agency of the State of Minnesota. It houses the state's Arts High School Program and Professional Development Institute.
Public Broadcasting Service (PBS):
PBS, headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, is a private, non-profit media enterprise owned and operated by the nation's public television stations. A trusted community resource, PBS uses the power of noncommercial television, the Internet and other media to enrich the lives of all Americans through quality programs and education services that inform, inspire and delight. Sierra Jazz Society's Jazz Camp

Theatre Communications Group, Inc.:
Theatre Communications Group is a national service organization that exists to strengthen, nurture and promote the not-for-profit American theatre.
Time for Kids:
The online version of the Time for Kids magazine, is the news information and exploration destination for kids on the internet. The site lets you create, learn, get involved, explore, play, guess right, guess wrong, exercise your clicking finger, and generally become a news know-it-all!

The Tutor Pages is a directory and resource for private teachers, particularly popular with music teachers in the UK. All tutors have written an article on their expertise.

VSA arts:
VSA arts creates opportunities for persons with disabilities through education and employment in the arts. Our mission is to include all children, youth, and adults with physical, emotional, intellectual and employment and life skills.

This web site is not only a companion to WHO'S DANCIN' NOW?, a documentary that explores the impact of early exposure to the arts, it is also a valuable tool for educators, artists, administrators, parents, and students to learn about arts education in an easy and effective way.
Wolf Trap Institute for Early Learning through the Arts
: Founded in 1981, the Institute provides arts-in-education services for children ages 3-5 and their teachers and family through the disciplines of drama, music and movement. Regional programs of the institute are located throughout the country.
